Fox ESS ECS4100 4.03kWh HV battery (master)

Step up a block size and you arrive at the ECS4100 master: a 4.03kWh HV module in the V2 connector B build for installers whose storage targets outgrow the 2.88kWh class. Quote it when the customer's capacity target sits well above entry level.

Description

Fewer, larger modules change the economics of a bigger battery bank. Reaching a given capacity with 4.03kWh blocks trims the module count against the 2.9-class alternatives in this range, which shortens install time and simplifies the tower. As the master, this is the controlling unit an ECS4100 stack forms around, with same-series slaves supplying the growth. It carries connector B, so hold that standard through the whole tower and across any future extension the customer asks for.

What it pairs with

The matching expansion part is the ECS4100 4.03kWh slave in connector B (FE-HV-ECS-4100), stocked here for towers that go beyond one module. Communications across Fox HV stacks sit with the Fox HV BMS-V2, and the family-level inverter partner is a Fox hybrid. Revision and firmware set the hard rules, so verify the build against Fox ESS's current stacking list.

V2 build with connector B on a single-phase ecosystem; slaves joining the stack must match both revision and connector. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.

FAQ

Fox ESS FE-HV-ECM-4100 buying questions

The price on this page is the ex-VAT trade rate, with VAT applied at 20% on the invoice. It does not move with quantity, so specifying one master or standardising a season's worth of installs on it costs the same per unit. There is no minimum order requirement on the account.
As UN3480 Class 9 dangerous goods it moves by pallet with a DG-certified carrier; parcel couriers cannot take it. The pallet arrives kerbside, so someone on site needs to receive it and bring it in. Delivery runs 3–5 working days (estimate). The dispatch clock starts at cleared payment.
Out of stock at the last catalogue update, and the count on this page comes from the live stock feed rather than a manual list. In stock means in stock; if the number reads zero, the trade desk can tell you the restock position for this part number.
UK trade buyers with a verified account: limited companies verify with a Companies House number, sole traders with a UTR, MCS or scheme number. No trade minimums — one unit at trade price, no annual-spend tiers.
