How it works

How ordering works

Four steps from price check to delivery. No card machine, no checkout theatre: an invoice, a bank transfer, a pallet or a parcel.

Two ways goods leave the shelf

What you order decides the truck. Both routes run on the same clock: dispatch starts at cleared payment.

Parcel

Inverters and parts

Boxed goods travel with a parcel courier and arrive fastest.

  • Inverters, meters, dongles, cables and accessories
  • Tracked door-to-door, no one-off handling charges
  • Typically the quicker end of the 3–5 day estimate

Pallet

Batteries (UN3480)

Lithium batteries are Class 9 dangerous goods, so they move by pallet freight with a DG-capable carrier.

  • Kerbside delivery, with someone on site to receive
  • Check on arrival, note damage on the POD, report within 72 hours
  • One pallet costs the same to send full — stack the order

The ordering flow

Price check to pallet in four steps

  1. Price

Check the price on the site

Every product page shows the ex-VAT trade price and the live stock count. No login wall, no quote round-trip: the price you see is the price on the invoice, plus VAT at 20%.

    No account needed

  2. Account

    Open a trade account

One exchange with the trade desk: limited companies give their Companies House number, sole traders a UTR, MCS or scheme number, and every account signs a business-use declaration. No joining fee, no spend commitment.

Sales enquiries answered the same business day

  3. Pay

    Pay by bank transfer

We invoice with payment due on receipt and dispatch when funds clear. No cards means no card fees, no chargebacks, and none of either priced into the goods.

Transfers usually clear the same day

  4. Delivery

    Parcel or pallet, nationally

Delivery in 3–5 working days (estimate). The dispatch clock starts at cleared payment. Check goods on arrival, note any transit damage on the POD, and report it with photos within 72 hours.

Support that knows its lane

Commissioning documentation

Free with every product: the setup and commissioning paperwork for the unit you bought.

Remote commissioning support

Remote commissioning support available at trade rates — a paid per-incident service booked through the trade desk.

And nothing else

We are not MCS, not NICEIC, not an installer — we are a wholesaler. Faults, warranty claims on installs and system design stay with the competent installer.

FAQ

Ordering questions

Because hiding prices wastes your time. Prices on the site are the prices — no login to see them, no 'call for price'. The account gate exists for VAT and consumer-law reasons, not to protect a price list.
At cleared payment, not at order placement. Bank transfers usually clear the same day; the 3–5 working day estimate runs from there. We say so on every product page so nobody books an installer against an order that hasn’t been paid.
Unopened goods can come back by arrangement with the trade desk; dangerous-goods return freight runs at cost. The full returns policy, with the solicitor-drafted terms, publishes on the delivery and returns page before launch.
Every product ships with free commissioning documentation. Remote commissioning support available at trade rates as a paid per-incident service booked through the trade desk. We don’t run a free technical helpline.
