Fox ESS F Series G3 6.0kW PV inverter

The F6000-G3 sits at the top of the Fox ESS F Series G3 range: a 6.0kW single-phase PV inverter with dual trackers for split or dual-aspect domestic roofs. It is the one to spec when a customer has enough roof to push a single-phase system well past the usual size.

Description

Plenty of single-phase quotes stop at 5kW simply because that is where many product lines stop. This one keeps going, so a big south-and-west roof can be used in full rather than trimmed to fit the electronics. The two trackers take each roof face on its own string, which keeps the design clean on L-shaped and hipped roofs. Because it shares the F Series G3 platform with the 3.0kW, 3.6kW and 5.0kW models, an installer already fitting Fox single-phase units carries no new learning, just a bigger box. Trade terms are standard here: the page price is the invoice price, ex VAT.

What it pairs with

Add a Fox WLAN-WW monitoring stick for remote monitoring, and the Fox ESS energy meter (CHNT DDSU666) where the job calls for consumption metering. If the customer wants storage later, the Fox AC charger inverter line covers AC-coupled additions on the same site. Accessory fitment shifts with model revisions, so confirm against the current Fox ESS pairing list before ordering.

Single-phase only, and above 3.68 kW this needs G99 approval before install. It is a grid-tied PV inverter, so battery work belongs with the Fox hybrid ranges. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.

FAQ

Fox ESS FE-F6000-G3 buying questions

The ex-VAT trade price is the figure shown on this page, and VAT at 20% is added on the invoice. Quantity makes no difference: one unit for a single job costs the same each as a stack for the season, with no minimum order and no account tiers to negotiate.
It goes out by parcel courier, as there is no dangerous-goods handling on a PV inverter. Allow 3–5 working days (estimate). The dispatch clock starts at cleared payment. A bank transfer that clears in the morning gets picked that much sooner, and tracking follows once the box leaves us.
7 in stock at the last catalogue update, and the count on this page comes from the live stock feed rather than a manual list. In stock means in stock; if the number reads zero, the trade desk can tell you the restock position for this part number.
UK trade buyers with a verified account: limited companies verify with a Companies House number, sole traders with a UTR, MCS or scheme number. No trade minimums — one unit at trade price, no annual-spend tiers.
