Fox ESS T Series 6.0kW 3-phase PV inverter

The Fox ESS T Series 6.0kW is the smallest three-phase PV inverter in the T Series, aimed at rural homes and small workshops that sit on a three-phase supply. It suits the modest arrays those buildings usually carry, without forcing the job onto a single-phase unit.

Description

The case for this unit is the supply, not the array size. On a three-phase board a single-phase inverter piles the whole output onto one leg; this one balances it across all three. Dual trackers handle two roof orientations, which most of these buildings have. It also opens the T Series platform at its lowest step, so if the survey turns up more usable roof than expected, the same quote moves to the 8.0kW or 10.0kW sibling without changing the install approach. On the wholesale side, the price holds at any volume and checkout is trade-account only.

What it pairs with

Export limitation and metering on Fox three-phase systems run through the Fox 3PH meter (CHINT DTSU666), so quote it alongside. A Fox WLAN-WW monitoring stick handles monitoring on most sites. Fox also lists the AI Link EMS box for three-phase export limitation and energy management; which combinations apply depends on model and firmware, so work from the current Fox ESS pairing list.

Needs a three-phase supply, so it is not the unit for standard domestic boards. It is a PV-only string inverter; storage jobs point to the Fox H3 hybrid family instead. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.

FAQ

Fox ESS FE-T-6.0 buying questions

Trade pricing here is flat and public: the ex-VAT figure on this page is what goes on the invoice, plus VAT at 20%. There are no minimum order quantities and no volume brackets, so a one-off order for a single site pays the same unit price as a bulk order for several.
Parcel courier, since an inverter carries no dangerous-goods classification. Delivery runs at 3–5 working days (estimate). The dispatch clock starts at cleared payment. With bank transfer that normally means processing begins as soon as the funds show, and you will get tracking details when the courier collects.
11 in stock at the last catalogue update, and the count on this page comes from the live stock feed rather than a manual list. In stock means in stock; if the number reads zero, the trade desk can tell you the restock position for this part number.
UK trade buyers with a verified account: limited companies verify with a Companies House number, sole traders with a UTR, MCS or scheme number. No trade minimums — one unit at trade price, no annual-spend tiers.
