Description

At this rating the buyer is usually quoting a workshop, outbuilding or small commercial unit, where the metering is not optional and forgetting it stalls commissioning. Having the CT meter on the same part number removes that failure mode from the order. The H3 family below it, at 6kW and 8kW, shares the platform, so firms already fitting the smaller units can step up to 12kW without changing their commissioning habits. Above it, the H3 Pro 15kW takes over.

What it pairs with

For storage, look at the larger Fox stacks listed alongside, such as the EQ4800 multi-module towers or the EP12. A LAN or WLAN stick covers monitoring. If the site needs export limitation or system-level control, the AI Link EMS box is the sibling to add. Confirm battery pairing against Fox ESS's current list, as it depends on model revision.

Requires a three-phase supply. The CT meter is included; batteries, monitoring sticks and any EMS hardware are separate. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.

FAQ

Fox ESS FE-H3-12.0-CT buying questions

Yes. The ex-VAT trade price on this page covers the inverter and its CT meter as one part number, with VAT at 20% added at invoicing. It is one price for every account regardless of quantity, with no minimum order and no volume tier, so a single-unit job and a multi-site rollout buy identically.
It goes by parcel courier, with the CT meter in the same shipment and no dangerous-goods restrictions or pallet handling to arrange. Delivery is 3–5 working days (estimate). The dispatch clock starts at cleared payment. Time the order against the install programme rather than the other way round.
Out of stock at the last catalogue update, and the count on this page comes from the live stock feed rather than a manual list. In stock means in stock; if the number reads zero, the trade desk can tell you the restock position for this part number.
UK trade buyers with a verified account: limited companies verify with a Companies House number, sole traders with a UTR, MCS or scheme number. No trade minimums — one unit at trade price, no annual-spend tiers.
