Solis S5 15kW three-phase inverter

The Solis S5 GR3P 15K is the largest three-phase unit in the S5 range we stock. It is the pick for bigger commercial roofs, putting the whole array behind one inverter instead of splitting the job across smaller units.

Description

One larger inverter simplifies a commercial job: one fixing, one AC run, one point of isolation, one unit to commission and one to explain to the client. At 15 kW this is the ceiling of the S5 GR3P line-up we list, which makes it the default for the biggest roofs the range covers. Dual MPPT still gives two string inputs for split-pitch buildings, and the with-DC build carries isolation on board. If a survey lands between sizes, the 10 and 12 kW siblings share the platform, so the design pack barely changes. Trade pricing is ex VAT on the page and identical at any volume.

What it pairs with

Commission it with the Solis S5 Wi-Fi data logger, 4-pin fitting, or the S1 Wi-Fi plus 4G cellular stick for sites without usable broadband. Export-limited connections pair the EPM3-5G-PRO Export Power Manager with a three-phase meter from our Solis listings, for example the Eastron V2 with CT. Check both against Solis's current pairing list for your unit revision before ordering the accessories.

Three-phase supply required. This is the top of the S5 GR3P range we carry, so arrays beyond it need a different design conversation. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.

FAQ

Solis SOL-S5-GR3P-15K-DC buying questions

The ex-VAT trade price is displayed on this page and VAT at 20% goes on the invoice. Quantity makes no difference to the rate: a single unit for one project costs the same per unit as a multi-site order, there are no minimums, and no trade-tier negotiation is needed to get the figure shown.
Orders go by parcel courier, as inverters need no dangerous-goods freight. Delivery in 3–5 working days (estimate). The dispatch clock starts at cleared payment. On commercial sites, give the courier a named contact so the unit is signed for rather than left at a gatehouse.
15 in stock at the last catalogue update, and the count on this page comes from the live stock feed rather than a manual list. In stock means in stock; if the number reads zero, the trade desk can tell you the restock position for this part number.
UK trade buyers with a verified account: limited companies verify with a Companies House number, sole traders with a UTR, MCS or scheme number. No trade minimums — one unit at trade price, no annual-spend tiers.
