Description
This is the unit for the smaller end of commercial work: a workshop roof, a dairy shed, an office unit with a three-phase board. Generation lands across all three phases rather than piling onto one, and the dual MPPT layout covers a two-face roof without string compromises. The with-DC build keeps isolation at the inverter. It shares the S5 GR3P platform with the 10, 12 and 15 kW units we also stock, so if the next survey comes back bigger you change the model, not the design approach. What it pairs with
Log it with the Solis S5 Wi-Fi data logger in the 4-pin fitting, or the S1 Wi-Fi plus 4G stick where the site has no usable network. For export limitation, pair the Export Power Manager EPM3-5G-PRO with one of the three-phase meters we list, such as the Eastron V2 with CT. Check meter and stick fitment against Solis's current pairing documents for your unit revision.
Requires a three-phase supply; it is not a unit for single-phase properties. Dual MPPT means two independent string inputs to design around. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.
