Solis S6 Mini 0.7kW single tracker inverter

The S6 Mini 0.7kW is the smallest inverter in the Solis S6 range, a single-tracker unit with the DC isolator already fitted. It suits micro arrays: a couple of panels on a garage, workshop or outbuilding that deserve a proper inverter rather than an improvised fix.

Description

At 0.7 kW nothing else in the S6 line-up goes this small, which is exactly the point. Oversizing an inverter for a two-panel job wastes budget and wall space; this one matches the array you are actually installing. The DC isolator comes in the box, so that is one line off the order and one fewer part to forget on the van. And because it is still an S6, the commissioning routine is the same one your team already runs on the bigger Solis units, so a micro job does not need its own training detour.

What it pairs with

Add a Solis data logging stick for monitoring; the Wi-Fi and LAN unit (SOL-S2-WL-ST) is the usual pick, though S6 units take 4-pin or USB sticks depending on revision, so check Solis's current pairing list before ordering. The 100A current transformer for the 4G, 5G and S6 range (SOL-CT-100A-10M) covers export sensing on the same job.

Rated at 0.7 kW with one MPPT, so the whole array sits on a single tracker. Single-phase only. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.

FAQ

Solis SOL-0.7-MINI-S6-DC buying questions

The ex-VAT trade price is displayed on this page, and VAT at 20% is added on the invoice. The price does not move with volume: one unit for a single micro job costs the same per unit as a shelf order, and there are no minimum order requirements to meet.
By parcel courier rather than pallet freight, so it can go to a home address, site or unit, wherever the van is that week. Delivery runs at 3–5 working days (estimate). The dispatch clock starts at cleared payment. Once your transfer lands, the order is on its way.
20+ in stock at the last catalogue update, and the count on this page comes from the live stock feed rather than a manual list. In stock means in stock; if the number reads zero, the trade desk can tell you the restock position for this part number.
UK trade buyers with a verified account: limited companies verify with a Companies House number, sole traders with a UTR, MCS or scheme number. No trade minimums — one unit at trade price, no annual-spend tiers.
