Solis S6 3kW dual MPPT 1-phase inverter

This S6 3kW dual-tracker unit is the retrofit answer for small houses where the panels split across two orientations. Each MPPT runs its string independently, so an east-west or L-shaped roof no longer forces a compromise design. Single-phase, with the DC isolator included.

Description

A dual MPPT at 3kW earns its keep on surveys that come back awkward: shading down one side, a dormer splitting the array, or a second small pitch the customer wants used. Rather than parking those jobs or upsizing the inverter, this unit lets each string work to its own tracker without stepping up the rating. The included DC isolator saves an extra purchase, and the ex-VAT price on the page is the price your invoice shows, at any quantity.

What it pairs with

For export control on a single-phase supply, add the Solis Export Power Manager 5 Gen - 1ph; for consumption data, the Solis Meter 1ph Eastron with external CT. Monitoring sticks are listed in 4-pin and USB versions, and the right one depends on the inverter revision, so confirm against Solis's current accessory pairing list before you order.

Single-phase only, rated 3.0 kW, with two MPPTs; the DC isolator is supplied with the unit. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.

FAQ

Solis SOL-3.0-S6-DT-DC buying questions

Trade pricing here is flat and public: the ex-VAT figure on this page is what you pay, VAT at 20% goes on the invoice, and the per-unit price is identical whether you take one inverter or a pallet load. There are no minimum order quantities and no volume gates.
Stock leaves by parcel courier, not pallet freight, so no forklift or booking-in is needed. Allow 3–5 working days (estimate). The dispatch clock starts at cleared payment. If the order also holds pallet-only items such as batteries, those lines travel separately under freight rules.
20+ in stock at the last catalogue update, and the count on this page comes from the live stock feed rather than a manual list. In stock means in stock; if the number reads zero, the trade desk can tell you the restock position for this part number.
UK trade buyers with a verified account: limited companies verify with a Companies House number, sole traders with a UTR, MCS or scheme number. No trade minimums — one unit at trade price, no annual-spend tiers.
