Description
For straightforward single-aspect roofs, the biggest Mini keeps the design simple: one string, one tracker, one isolator already in the box. It shares its commissioning routine with every smaller Mini, so a mixed van stock behaves as one product. Where a survey shows two orientations or partial shade, the dual-MPPT S6 3kW (SOL-3.0-S6-DT-DC) is the natural sidestep at the same rating; where the roof is clean, this unit does the job with less to configure and one fewer string to design. It is the sensible default at the top of the small-inverter bracket.

Monitoring comes from the Solis stick families; the S2 Wi-Fi and LAN units (SOL-S2-WL-ST, SOL-S2-WL-ST-USB) cover both fittings, so check Solis's pairing list for the right connector. Add the single-phase Eastron meter (SOL-METER-1PH-EASTRON) for export sensing, or the Export Power Manager (SOL-EPM1-5G) where limitation is a condition of connection.
