SolaX Pocket WiFi 2.0 monitoring dongle
Every SolaX inverter that leaves without a comms part needs one of these before the customer can see their generation online. The Pocket WiFi 2.0 puts the inverter on the household wireless network, which makes it the everyday dongle for domestic jobs and an easy van-stock line.
Delivery in 3–5 working days (estimate). The dispatch clock starts at cleared payment.
Description
For everyday domestic SolaX work the Pocket WiFi 2.0 is the part you fit at commissioning: plug it into the inverter, join it to the household network and monitoring is live before you leave site. It earns a permanent slot in the van because a missing dongle is an avoidable return visit. Note the current X1 G4-V2 hybrid listings already include Wi-Fi, so this unit is mainly for SolaX inverters supplied without it, or as a straight replacement for a failed or lost dongle. Trade terms here are flat: the page price is the invoice price at any quantity.

What it pairs with
Pair it with SolaX inverters supplied without a communications dongle, such as the X1 Boost G4 3.0T and 3.6T PV inverters or the X1-FIT-G4-5.0 retrofit unit. The G4-V2 hybrids in the range are already listed with Wi-Fi, so check before doubling up there. As with any SolaX comms part, match the dongle to the inverter generation using the manufacturer's current pairing list.
This is a communications part with no generation or storage rating. It depends on usable wireless signal at the inverter position; where that is doubtful, the LAN or WiFi+LAN versions are the better call. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.
