The AIO 1 gateway is the metering and grid-interface part of a first-generation GivEnergy All-in-One install, and this is the standalone unit. It handles the connection between the AIO 1 and the property's incoming supply, which is why a missing or faulty one stops the whole system reading and controlling correctly.

Description
You reach for this when you are completing a fresh AIO 1 fit, replacing a gateway damaged on site, or retrofitting one that was left off an earlier job. It is specific to the first-generation All-in-One, so it is the wrong part for a Gen 2 unit and should not be mixed across generations. It is not interchangeable with the AIO 2 gateway (GIV-AIO2-GATEWAY). Match the gateway to the exact All-in-One generation and firmware on GivEnergy's current AIO pairing list before you order.
