Description
Where the Polar 6kW kit gets a system running, this loose battery is how you add capacity to it later without re-quoting the whole install. The included battery-to-battery cable and top feet mean it clips onto the existing stack cleanly. It is the storage half of the Polar ESS line rather than a general-purpose pack, so it belongs with Polar inverters and housings. It extends a Polar system started from the Polar 6 kW kit (POLAR-6KW-5.12KWH) or driven by a standalone Polar inverter such as the 3.6 kW or 6 kW unit. Four batteries seat inside the Polar External Housing (POLAR-HOUSING) with its security cover for a tidy external install. Because the number of batteries a Polar stack supports moves with inverter model and firmware, confirm the count against Polar's current Polar ESS pairing list.
