Description

Stepping up to 6 kW gives an installer room for a larger array or a bigger battery bank on the same Polar platform, without moving to three-phase equipment. Above 3.68 kW this needs G99 approval before install, so treat the DNO submission as part of the schedule from the outset. The included cable and data collector keep the parts list matched and reduce the risk of a missing dongle stalling commissioning. It is single-phase throughout. As the larger Polar inverter it drives the same ecosystem: the Polar ESS 5.12 kWh battery (POLAR-5.12KWH-BATT) inside the Polar external housing (POLAR-HOUSING), which holds up to four batteries behind a security cover. The supplied data collector covers monitoring. Battery quantities and firmware pairing vary by revision, so size the stack against Polar's current Polar pairing list before you order the packs.

Single-phase only, and above 3.68 kW this needs G99 approval before install. It is designed around the Polar ESS battery line; batteries and housing are ordered separately. For anything this page can't settle, ask the trade desk before ordering or consult a competent installer.
